Anybody else feel this way?

When I look back at my first training years, 20 years ago I would have never realized how powerful that edge of the bench would become. I did my best thinking, brainstorming, daydreaming right at that edge. You may contemplate a lot at that edge after getting dumped, losing money, sickness, stress or when things just don't go your way. But don't get off. The muscles may be resting but the mind doesn't stop working.
