Exercise: Pharaoh Push Ups

Exercise Technique:

  1. Hands planted on the floor in front of shoulders
  2. Arms tucked in tight to the side
  3. Push-up and contract the triceps and pecs

Exercise Program:

  1. 4 sets x 10 reps or failure
  2. 4 sets x 8 reps (4 second negative, 1 second positive)

NOTES:

  1. Add Pharaoh Push-ups at the end of your chest or tricep workout for a killer pump
  2. For more difficulty try adding weight eg: chains around the neck or weighted vest
