Even though I mainly draw muscle-bound Savage beasts these exercises don't discriminate sex, race or weight class.

I've compiled a nice little Tricep Workout with some of my favorite tricep exercises working the different tricep heads with various pushing and extension movements.

I like to keep these workout spotlights limited to 4 exercises. I like to include the thumbnails of each exercise for reference, and 4 is easy to remember.

It's not about the quantity of exercises you perform but it's about the quality of the reps you perform.

Murdering Tris Workout

A. Close Grip Bench Press: 5 sets x 8 reps
- 5 working sets (10 rep max)
B. Cable Tricep Extensions W/ Rope - Pull Aparts: 4 sets x 8 reps + drop set
- 3 second negatives
C1. Dumbbell Overhead Extensions: 5 sets x 10 reps
- 3 second negatives
C2. Tricep Dips: 5 sets x 5 reps
- 10 second negatives
