It's not fun having back pain. Remember how Batman's back was broken by Bane? Makes a grown man cringe. Almost as bad as getting hit in the nuts.
Simple Tips:
1. Get some rest
2. Foam Roll
3. Lift again - we are lifters and warriors. We push through. Maybe not 100% but we push through.
