The Exercise That Will Test Your Core

Ended my workout showing a friend some Windmills for obliques rather than those silly side bends. A nice scary hard as hell exercise I learned when I took my kettle bell cert a couple years back.

A1. BB Bench Press: 5 x 6 reps
A2. Chinups: 7 x 10 reps
B. Lat Pulldowns 3-way (to eyes, neck, chest) w/ rope: 3 x10³ reps
C. Cable Seated Lat Rows (dirty 30s): 3 x10³ reps
D. BB Shoulder Press: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
E. Cable Hammer Curls w/ 2 pumps at top: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
F. Cable (high) Tricep Extensions 3-way (out, in, overhead): 4 x10³ reps (3.0.1.0)
G1. Cable (high) Bicep Curls L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
G2. Cable Tricep Extensions L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
H. Windmills L/R: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.3.0)
