So I thought I’d illustrate a core exercise. Woodchoppers, ala Halloween-themed. I like to put a little stomp with the woodchopper. Big wind up and SMASHing heads – at least that’s how I explained it to clients and classes.

A. BB Shoulder Press: 3 x 8 reps
B. BB Deadlifts: 3 x 8 reps
C. Chin Ups: 100 reps total
D. BB Bench Press: 3 x 8 reps
E. Lat Pulldowns 4-way superset: 3 x 8 reps
E1. Lat Pulldowns (wide)
E2. Lat Pulldowns (underhand)
E3. Lat Pulldowns (wide – lean back)
E4. Lat Pulldowns (wide – lean back)
F. Medicine Ball Woodchoppers: 4 x 12 Failure (explosive)
