This 4 exercise blast is based on yesterday’s workout. Was working out with 2 others, a Lady and a Bro.

So when you’re amongst friends, take advantage of people power (so no one takes your machines) and perform a circuit. 100 Volume Reps like a mother-lover.

Keep moving. No rest. Only rest is the walk between the exercises. Oh and the 20th rep has to be tough.

A. BB Squats (use your body weight): 5 x 20 reps
B1. Leg Extensions: 5 x 20 reps
B2. Laying Leg Curls: 5 x 20 reps
B3. Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 x 20 reps
