Whipped together this Leg Workout from Monday. My instagram goal is to inspire and motivate through illustration. Don't neglect your legs Nancy.
On Monday, hit 3 x 2 of 425lbs, and single of 525lbs on my deadlift (goal is 600 before i die). Now that i received my carpet sled stay tuned for some of my illustrated sled exercises. At 41, still 100% natural and more savage than ever.
WORKOUT: Leg Day Of The Dead
A. Barbell (Sumo) Deadlifts: 3 x 6 reps
build up to 3 working sets
B. Laying Leg Curls - 100: 5 x 20 reps
20th rep should be tough, only 30 sec rest
C. Leg Extensions - 100: 10, 20, 30, 40 reps
10 reps & 10 sec rest, 20 reps & 20 sec rest, 30 reps & 30 sec rest, 40 reps
D. Barbell Squats: 4 x 10 reps + drop set
(3.0.1.0) 3 second negatives, 1 second positive
4 set drop set, 20% drop/ set
