Juggling Big Nuts To Build A Bigger Squat

SAVAGE MIND

These illustrations are based on my workouts. Consult a professional before you hurt yourself, Nancy.

Tried to illustrate what Squats with Band Suspended Kettlebells are with Wolverine, I mean Broverine.

The dangling weights create wobble in the X-Z plane, while using resistance bands amplifies the wobble in the X-Z plane as well as the Y plane (bounce). Scary, wobbly shit.

The result is your body has to adapt to said forces by using more stabilizer muscles. Firing up your core.

Imagine a tall building and wind forces against it. Now imagine that building squatting... transformers.

Start light. Build up slow. I don't go heavy as I usually start with heavy squats or deadlifts. This is a supplement squat exercise. So my 10th rep is quite challenging.

Another variation I perform with the band suspended weights are box squats.
